Flawless Fills Through Pressure-Over-Vacuum
At the heart of the PressCast is a dual-chamber injection casting system that combines deep vacuum with high casting pressure of up to 2.5 bar, driven by a pneumatic flask lift. Both chambers are vacuumed and backfilled with argon to fully evacuate oxygen, then pressure forces molten metal into the finest details of your mold — eliminating porosity and capturing intricate designs cleanly, casting after casting. A centered graphite stopper rod gives you controlled, precise metal release on every pour.
Powerful, Efficient Induction Heating
The PressCast uses advanced induction heating that melts metal fast and efficiently. Operating at a low frequency of 6 kHz with electromagnetic pulsing, the system thoroughly mixes the molten metal — improving alloy homogeneity and the structural integrity of your finished castings. Maximum melting temperature reaches 1300 °C, comfortably covering the full range of precious and base metals used in jewelry production.
Consistent Quality You Can Repeat
An integrated thermocouple probe, positioned in the sealing rod, feeds a precise temperature controller that guarantees consistent casting quality and true repeatability. Store and recall 10 programmable cycles, each with 10 adjustable parameters, so once you've dialed in a process for a specific alloy and flask, you can reproduce it exactly every time.
Intuitive LCD Touch Control
A modern LCD touchscreen control panel anchors the operator experience with clear, intuitive visual feedback. It displays live process parameters, accepts user input, sets and saves your programs, and surfaces detailed help and warning messages. Built-in remote diagnostics make troubleshooting and support faster.
Built-In Vacuum & Practical Utilities
Each machine ships with an integrated vacuum pump (100 mbar, 40 m³/hr) — no separate vacuum station required. The system uses external water cooling and requires argon for each casting (max 60 L at 2 bar). A high-capacity granulation system is available as an option.
