This is a customizable Jeweler’s Saw Blade Organizer and Dispenser that will hold your most-used jeweler’s saw blades, it has 8 large compartments that are NOT labeled with the size of the blades like the original KERF, you will receive already pre-printed Ultra-Duty labels total of 16 sizes, from #8/0 to #8:
8/0, 7/0, 6/0, 5/0, 4/0, 3/0, 2/0, 1/0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Just stick the labels on the compartment with the size of blades that you use most giving you the freedom to specify whatever size to the 8 compartments, of course, these labels contain all the info that you can find on the original KERF.
It also has one compartment labeled as “Wax Blades or Mixed Blades” for when you find that single blade and do not know what size it is! If you choose not to use this compartment you can simply use another label to put one of your saw blades. The last compartment is to close the container and have all the blades safe and secure.
The opening on the side of the container is to allow the user to see if there are any jewelry saw blades inside the compartment.
The Labels have information such as blade size, the thickness in millimeters, the suggested gauge you should use with that blade size, and last is the drill size (DS) to be used if needed.
This device is designed to carry an industry-standard jeweler's saw blade which is 130mm or 5 and 1/8 inches in length. However, the uKERF is designed to carry longer blades all the way up to 140mm.
