Designed in the USA by Pepetools, and manufactured with centuries old techniques in Italy - this oval wire draw plate is the perfect compliment to the all-wire series of rolling mills to create beautiful, precise, oval shapes out of round wire in gold, silver, copper, and other non-ferrous materials. The draw plate contains 31 holes at a 75% aspect ratio, with a 0.1mm step down between sizes starting at 6mm and ending at 3mm. The draw plate is best used with Blade Butter applied to the wire to reduce friction, and can be used in a vice or with a traditional draw bench.
