Set-it is a moldable thermoplastic work holder that allows for setting stones with two hands! So many smiths struggle with getting good leverage and stability. This solves your problems! It's easy to use, less sticky than other thermoplastics and gets hard enough for using in the studio across a wide array of uses.
White rice like shaped pellets heat up in hot water and turn clear to form an initial mass that you can form around your piece and hold in a ring clamp, ball vise, swivel vise, or even just your bench pin! It is endlessly adaptable and has so many uses. Tool handles, engraving set ups for anything from flat pieces to complex knife handles, impression molds to use for metal clay and polymer clay and make non-marring jaws for pliers.
