The M-112 is similar to the M-111 but with a thinner profile. This makes it possible to dome thinner stock into a higher profile than would be possible with the M-111. Stake Holder sold separately. This convex cuff stake from Fretz® is ideal for forming broader convex cuff and bangle bracelets, as well as for creating wider convex curves for small vessels and hollow forms. Stakes provide a surface under (or inside) the metal that enhances the work of the hammer in creating a wide variety of curves, folds and shapes. Choose stakes with surface features that allow you to create the forms you want.
