Anatoli “Tony” Aizenman at 18 years of age, along with his young brother and parents immigrate from the former Soviet Union country of Ukraine and settle outside of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Tony works hard to support his family taking on odd jobs, from working construction to selling flooring. Eventually going into the business of wholesale gold chain and findings. Trusted by suppliers with tens of thousands of dollars of gold and silver, Tony went door to door, selling from the trunk of his AMC Eagle and through hard work and determination was able to create trusting relationships with jewelry stores throughout the country.

Tony moves to Oklahoma City from New Orleans to marry Irina, and soon have their first child Daniel. Determined to create a more stable living for his new young family, Tony parlays his many trusting relationships around Oklahoma to open the first supply house in Oklahoma City, Aizenman’s Inc. Tony and Irina undertake the risk of a lifetime, putting everything on the line, to rent a 1000 sq foot showroom in a strip mall on the outskirts of Oklahoma City.

Aizenman’s Inc quickly grew into one of the largest resellers of tools, supplies, findings, and stones in the area. Suppliers from all over the world came to Aizenman’s in hopes of putting their products on display in the beautiful showroom. From Castaldo, to Kerr, and Swest to Freeman Waxes, every highly respected national brand was available for quick access to jewelers in the midwest thanks to Aizenman’s Inc.

Tony, determined to give back to his home country of Ukraine, finds an opportunity to manufacture products and help the local economy by building high quality tools and equipment. The quick pace of growth allowed the once shuttered Soviet Era factory to employ over 500 people dedicated to manufacturing over 300 products. Pepetools started slowly with capital equipment that Tony believed could be manufactured at a higher quality, at a lower price. He noticed students came into Aizenman’s Inc and wanted to begin their metalsmithing journey, but were not able to afford the high end import products from Japan and Italy. They were forced to use inferior equipment, with no product that could fill the void In the interim. Pepetools was born, and still today we hold to manufacturing high quality products at a reasonable price. While providing the best customer service in the world.

2010

Tony had a vision to become the first American manufacturer of rolling mills, disc cutters, jump ring makers, and more. A transition occurred which is flourishing today, Pepetools is proud to manufacture 100% of our products in our nearly 20,000 sq foot facility, employing dozens of hard working team members. Our manufacturing floor contains the latest technology in today's manufacturing world, with over 20 CNC machines and thousands of tools and fixtures to create the best possible product, in house.
